Last night Bedford and Kempston Conservative Association had our AGM.
At the AGM it was advised that Sam Ancliff will step down from the role of Deputy Chair Political. Sam has been a part of the BKCA management team for the last few years. We would like to thank him for all he has done to support our association and wish him well going forward.
The AGM voted to elect Karen Boyes as the new Deputy Chair Political for Bedford and Kempston Conservative Association. Karen lives in Bedford and has been a part of the local conservatives for a number of years. She was previously a council candidate for Castle ward in 2019. We wish her all the success in the role and look forward to working with Karen.
There were no other changes in the roles of the management team. The AGM voted to keep Andrea Spice as Chair, Lizzy Hedison as Deputy Chair Membership and Katherine Groves as Treasurer.
